As know by much people the Chinese people like sushi. So when you go to china there will be many sushi bars. Sushi is just fish which isn’t cooked or something you eat it rare. So some people like it …some people hate it it’s like with everything. But i would say if you’re in china and want to inform you about there culture you have to try it because it is just a part of china. It’s made out of fish, rise and some other things like salat, but there are many different arts of sushi with different fishs and different makings.
